LONDON (Alliance News) - Keras Resources PLC on Thursday said it issued 17.8 million shares after receiving notice from Shard Capital Partners LLP to exercise warrants.
In a statement, the AIM-listed company said Shard sent notice to exercise 17.8 million warrants at 0.5 pence per share.
The new shares will be issued to Jim Nominees Ltd, which will have an interest in 91.8 million Keras shares, equivalent to a 7.5% stake, following the warrant exercise.
Shares in Keras were down 4.8% at 1.50p on Thursday.
