Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in domestic businesses in Georgia - Chief Financial Officer Giorgi Alpaidze sells 29,239 shares at GBP12.50 and GBP12.52, worth GBP424,401, on Wednesday to Friday last week. Alpaidze sold 25,733 shares earlier last month. He now holds 305,351 shares, including unvested shares.

CML Microsystems PLC - Essex, England-based developer of mixed-signal, radio frequency and microwave semiconductors for communications markets - Non-Executive Director Nathan Zommer buys 100,000 shares at 220p, worth GBP220,000, on Friday last week. Zommer now has 692,010 shares, a 4.4% stake.

Hammerson PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on city-centre shopping centres in the UK and elsewhere - Non-Executive Director Habib Annous, together with Shan Annous, buys 75,806 shares, at GBP2.70, worth GBP204,740, on Monday.

Inchcape PLC - London-based auto dealer - Three non-executive directors buy a total of 23,400 shares worth GBP165,000 on Wednesday. Alex Jensen buys 8,400 shares at GBP7.30, Sarah Kuijlaars buys 8,000 shares at GBP7.17, and Byron Grote buys 7,000 shares at GBP6.74. This follows five directors, including Chair Jerry Buhlmann and Chief Executive Officer Duncan Tait, buying 66,721 shares, worth just under GBP490,000, on Tuesday.
