(Alliance News) - Jersey Oil & Gas PLC said Chief Financial Officer Vicary Gibbs and Chief Operating Officer Ronald Lansdell both purchased shares in the oil & gas company in two separate transactions on Monday.
Gibbs acquired 12,053 shares at a price of 98.7 pence each, worth GBP11,896. Meanwhile, Lansdell bought 50,000 shares at 113p each, totalling GBP56,500.
Following these transactions, Gibbs holds a 0.1% stake in the firm, while Lansdell has a 4.6% holding.
Shares in Jersey Oil & Gas more than doubled on Monday to 175.00p each, having closed at 73.50p on Friday.
