JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC - Investment firm with majority of holdings in US-listed firms - Intends to delist from the New Zealand Stock Exchange with effect from June 23. Notes shareholders in New Zealand now represent only 1.3% of total shares in issue, and trading on the NZX has also been decreasing in recent years. Adds delisting from the NZX will enable the firm to save on the ongoing listing fees, legal fees, and registry costs associated with maintaining its listing.
