LONDON (Alliance News) - Majedie Investments PLC, Foxtons Group PLC, JPMorgan European Investment Trust PLC and VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC on Monday announced the death of board member Andrew Adcock.
Adcock, who died after a period of illness, served as director and, up until recently, chair of Majedie.
He was also non-executive director of Foxtons since 2013 and director and, up until recently, chair of JPMorgan European Investment Trust.
Furthermore, he was also on the board of VPC Specialty Lending as director and, up until recently chair.
Majedie shares closed down 0.9% at 273.00 pence, Foxtons closed down 1.5% at 52.20p.
JP Morgan European Investment Trust closed down 1.7% at 263.00p and flat at 141.50p and VPC shares ended flat at 77.00p.
