CAB Payments Holdings PLC - London-based payment processing and foreign exchange company - Strikes a deal to team with Visa Inc. The collaboration between Crown Agents Bank and Visa will "enable fast, efficient and reliable payments and FX". "Especially across the 'last mile' - a term for the final and most complex stage in the payment process," CAB adds.

Zenova Group PLC - London-based fire suppression and interdiction solutions company - Wins initial order for 1,500 units of Zenova FX500 fire extinguishers from "leading UK fire and safety distribution specialist" O Heap & Son Ltd. "O Heap is a major player in the fire and safety space in the UK. Their 7,000 plus customers will ensure rapid exposure for the broader fire suppressing capabilities of our smallest extinguisher, the FX500. We hope and expect that this order will soon evolve into additional orders for Zenova FX500 extinguishers as well evolve in a wider distribution relationship with O Heap covering the full Zenova product range and I look forward to updating our stakeholders soon on those developments," CEO Thomas Melchior says.

KRM22 PLC - London-based technology and software company aiming to help capital markets companies reduce the cost and complexity of risk management through its range of services - Pens new pact for Risk Manager product and informs on two contract renewals. Risk Manager contract is worth of GBP700,000. It is with a "major futures commission merchant", KRM22 says. "Additionally, the two contract renewals, both for three year terms, are with the company's largest Market Surveillance and Risk Cockpit customers," KRM22 adds.

Totally PLC - Derby, England-based company is a provider of frontline healthcare services, corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland - Reports multiple new pacts and extensions worth GBP4 million in total. Includes new insourcing contract with Saolta Group of Hospitals, which Totally has worked with since 2021. Deal is worth GBP1 million. "In addition to this new contract, Totally has secured a further new contract and two extensions totalling [around] GBP3 million including a new contract for the provision of direct access MSK physiotherapy services in the South East, and contract extensions for the delivery of GP OOH in the North East and the provision of dermatology clinics in the North west of England," Totally adds.

Judges Scientific PLC - London-based company, focused on acquiring and developing businesses in the scientific instrument sector - Subsidiary Geotek signs binding deal for next coring expedition. "As explained previously, the expedition is planned to take place early in 2025 and no revenue for this contract will be recognised in 2024. The revenue arising from this contract is of a similar magnitude to other recent coring contracts," Judges says.
