IMImobile PLC - AIM-listed cloud communications software firm - Court sanctions takeover of IMImobile by Cisco Systems Holdings UK Ltd. The scheme will become effective upon the delivery of a copy of the court order to the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to occur on Friday.
Request made to suspend dealings in IMImobile shares on Friday, with the company's admission to AIM to be cancelled from Monday.
Earlier in February, IMImobile shareholders approved the GBP543 million recommended cash offer made by Cisco Systems Holdings UK, a subsidiary of US networking firm Cisco Systems Inc.
