LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Eli Alroy acquired 301,186 shares in the company during a recent share placing.
Alroy paid EUR9.10 per share, for a total of EUR2.7 million, raising his interest in the company to 1.0 million shares.
On Wednesday last week, Globalworth announced it had raised EUR347.6 million from the issue of 38.2 million shares at that EUR9.10 per share price. The money will be used to buy new property, and especially offices, in Poland and Romania.
Shares in Globalworth were flat at EUR9.20 on Tuesday afternoon.
