(Alliance News) - Acquisition vehicle Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Ltd on Monday reported a narrowed interim loss but said it is still actively looking for an acquisition.
In the six months to September 30, Fragrant Prosperity's loss narrowed to GBP37,892 from GBP122,741 the year before.
Fragrant ended the period with GBP38,881 in cash and cash equivalents.
"The board has actively reviewed a number of potential acquisition opportunities across the sector, none of which has met the necessary criteria for selection and continues to review a number of potential acquisition opportunities," the company said.
Shares in Fragrant Prosperity were untraded in London on Monday, last closing at 1.85 pence each.
