(Alliance News) - EVR Holdings PLC, a virtual reality entertainment content producer, on Monday said that it will net USD1 million from a partial share option exercise by John Gore Bahamas Ltd.
Live theatre business John Gore Bahamas has exercised option to subscribe for 5 million EVR shares at 15.3 pence per share, around GBP764,647 in total.
The share subscription price of 15.3p per share represents a premium to the company's share price and values the virtual reality firm at GBP220 million. EVR shares were trading 1.0% higher at 5.10 pence per share on Monday morning in London.
EVR also said it has extended the exercise period for the remaining share option for John Gore Bahamas by a further 2 years until December 31, 2021.
