(Sharecast News) - Transport and logistics outfit Eddie Stobart tapped Anoop Kang to replace Damien Harte as chief financial officer on Friday.Kang, who is currently heads up the finance team at behavioural health service group Cambian, will take over from Harte on 1 April.Hart, who joined Eddie Stobart back in November 2016, will remain available to the AIM-listed firm until the publication of its fully audited results for the year ended 30 November in order to ensure an efficient handover.Chief executive Alex Laffey said: "I would like to welcome Anoop to the company. He brings significant relevant financial and commercial experience to the role and I look forward to working with him."Since he joined Eddie Stobart in November 2016, Damien has successfully led the finance and M&A teams through the IPO process in April 2017, the associated refinancing and subsequent acquisitions for which we thank him."As of 0815 GMT, Eddie Stobart shares were untraded at 105p.
