LONDON (Alliance News) - Eddie Stobart Logistics PLC on Monday said that Non-Executive Chair Philip Swatman and associate Rosemary Swatman bought shares in the company.
The Swatman's acquired 12,500 shares each, or 25,000 in total, at 97.5 pence per share for a combined value of GBP24,374.
Following these purchases, Philip Swatman, and persons closely associated with him, hold 50,000 shares in the company, representing a 0.01% stake.
Eddie Stobart Logistics shares were trading 0.4% higher at 97.90p each on Monday.
