Impax Asset Management Group PLC - investor focused on transition to sustainable economy - Chair Sally Bridgeland and non-executive directors Lindsey Martinez and Simon O'Regan each buy 6,000 shares, together with associates. Bridgeland buys at 820.03p, worth GBP49,202, on Thursday last week. Martinez buys at 827p, worth GBP49,620, also on Thursday. O'Regan buys at 820.4p, worth GBP49,224, on Friday.

Aquila Services Group PLC- London-based consultancy and support services in affordable housing, education, sports and community services sectors - Chris Wood, a director of two Aquila subsidiaries, including housing consultancy Altair, sells 80,000 shares at 25 pence each to an associate of Altair Chief Executive Fiona Wood. Chris Wood now is interested in 3.2 million shares, a 8.0% stake, while Fiona Wood and her associate have 3.5 million shares, a 8.7% stake.

Scapa Group PLC - Manchester-based medical devices and industrial adhesives - Wendy Baker, general counsel and company secretary, sells 10,478 shares at 219.5 pence on Monday, while associate Edward Baker sells 10,908 shares at 219.0p on Friday last week, together worth GBP46,888. Last week, Scapa said it agreed to a GBP402.9 million cash takeover offer from US-based Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc.
