EnQuest PLC - oil and gas production company that operates in UK North Sea and Malaysia - Says average output in 2021 falls to 44,415 barrels of oil equivalent per day, from 59,116 in 2020. For 2022, it expects average output between 44,000 and 51,000 boepd.

SEEEN PLC - London-based media optimisation platform - Expects 2021 revenue down at USD8.5 million from USD10.1 million in 2020 and adjusted loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation narrows to USD1.5 million from USD2.1 million. Looking ahead, points to revenue and profitability generation potential as contracts are implemented in 2022.

Braemar Shipping Services PLC - London-based shipbroker - Expects revenue of no less than GBP101 million for year to February 28, at least up 20% from GBP84 million a year earlier. "The strong trading seen in the first half of the financial year has continued throughout the second half to date," it says.

Creo Medical Group PLC - medical device company focused on surgical endoscopy - During 2021 says it has continued to build momentum through sustained commercial progress. Expects revenue for 2021 to top expectations at "just over" GBP25 million from GBP9.4 million in 2020.

Proteome Sciences PLC - drug development services provider - During 2021 says it continued to show strong growth in its services business with TMT revenue holding firm. Expects annual revenue to rise 7% to GBP5.1 million from GBP4.8 million in 2020 and trading profit in a range between GBP600,000 to GBP800,000, up from GBP500,000 year before.

Agronomics Ltd - invests in cellular agriculture and cultivated meat - Net asset value per share as at 31 December 31 was 14.32 pence, up 10% from 12.99p on September 30. For six months to December 31, swings to net profit of GBP2.5 million from loss of GBP1.4 million.

Solid State PLC - Redditch, England-based electronic components manufacturer - Says its manufacturing arm Steatite Ltd has been awarded a "multi-million pound" contract by BAE Systems PLC to design, develop and qualify computer consoles for maritime platforms.

Itaconix PLC - London-based functional polymers company - Has filed a new patent to protect innovative intellectual property for expected applications in potential uses in composite materials for plant-based ingredients. Explains extension of the Itaconix technology platform is part of its efforts to engage with potential customers to identify sizeable needs that Itaconix can address with plant-based solutions.

Afentra PLC - upstream operator in Africa with carried interest in Odewayne block onshore southwestern Somaliland - Says the negotiations with Sonangol EP to purchase interests in Block 3/05 and Block 23 in Angola have continued into the new year. Afentra has been engaged in negotiations with Sonangol to reach agreement on the detailed terms of the transaction. Says negotiations are ongoing but there is no guarantee at this stage that an agreement will be reached. If Afentra ultimately proceeds with theacquisition, it would be classified as a reverse takeover. Trading in Afentra shares will remain suspended until either the publication of an AIM admission document, or until confirmation is given that Afentra's participation in the bid process has ceased.

Edenville Energy PLC - developer of Tanzania's Brownfield Rukwa coalfields - Its subsidiary has entered into a contract with Nextgen Coalmine Ltd for the operation of the company's Rukwa Coal project in Tanzania. The agreement is for an initial period of one year started on Tuesday. Under the agreement the contractor will pay Edenville a royalty of USD10 per tonne of washed coal sold and a royalty of USD5 per tonne of any coal fines sold.

Applied Graphene Materials PLC - graphene materials maker with headquarters in Redcar, Cleveland - Says Stanvac-Superon Group, the India-based manufacturer of industrial repair and maintenance solutions, has introduced a speciality conductive coating incorporating the company's Genable dispersed graphene materials, for use on industrial power transmission equipment. Stanvac-Superon expects the product to be used for power transmission, electrical distribution, and railways, as well as other high energy consumers such as steel mills, smelters, and refineries.

Alliance Pharma PLC - Chippenham, Wiltshire-based distributor of consumer healthcare brands and prescription medicines - Following an investigation, the UK Competition & Markets Authority has announced its finding that all four companies, including Alliance, have infringed competition law. Alliance says it "fundamentally disagrees" with the CMA's finding and confirms that it did not participate in, or profit from, any market sharing arrangement and refutes involvement in the alleged competition law infringement. Alliance says it will appeal the CMA's decision and the proposed fine of GBP7.9 million, at the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Invinity Energy Systems PLC - London-based flow battery maker - Sells a 8.4 megawatt hour Invinity VS3 flow battery to Elemental Energy Inc for a utility-scale energy project in Alberta, Canada. This is the company's largest sale in the North American market to date, it notes.

4GLOBAL PLC - UK-based data, services and software company - Says it has entered into a partnership agreement with the Fitness Industry Council of Canada. Under the agreement FIC will work with 4GLOBAL to develop 'DataHub Canada' utilising its extensive network of 6,000 facilities with over six million members across the country. Says partnership will significantly increase the global capacity of the company's DataHub which is currently in excess of 1.2 billion of data points of how sport is consumed in UK, Europe and other international markets in South America and Middle East.
