DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Darktrace executive team buys shares after sell-off

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cyber security - Chief Technology Officer Jack Stockdale buys 60,000 shares at GBP3.28, worth GBP197,005, on Thursday. Chair Gordon Hurst buys 55,000 shares at GBP3.69, worth GBP202,785, on Friday. CEO Poppy Gustafsson had bought 29,496 shares, worth GBP99,254, on Wednesday. The executive team stepped in to buy after the stock fell by 20% in response to a newspaper report that highlighted the link between Darktrace's strategy chief and software firm Autonomy, which is at the centre of accusations of fraud by Hewlett-Packard Co, which had bought Autonomy in 2011. Darktrace shares are up 11% on Friday.

IG Group Holdings PLC - London-based financial products trading platform - Non-Executive Director Jonathan Moulds buys 100,000 shares at GBP7.03, worth GBP702,650, on Thursday.

Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, England-based telecommunications operator - Chief Financial Officer Margherita Della Valle buys 108,702 shares at GBP1.19, worth GBP129,095, on Wednesday.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-headquartered lender - Nino Masurashvili, deputy chief executive officer of JSC TBC Bank, sells 10,000 shares at average GBP13.71, worth GBP137,082, on Wednesday. Masurashvili also had sold 10,000 shares in February.

Tyman PLC - London-based door and window components supplier - Non-Executive Director Paul Withers buys 20,000 shares at GBP2.60, worth GBP51,900, on Thursday.
