(Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Bruce March to its board as chief operating officer.
The UK estate agent said it will confirm Marsh's starting date "in due course".
Marsh is currently finance director for FTSE 100 supermarket chain Tesco PLC's UK & Republic of Ireland business, for four years since 2015.
Prior to that, he was part of home improvement group Kingfisher PLC for seven years from 2008 to 2015, leaving as managing director of Kingfisher Future Homes.

Bruce brings valuable management experience and a proven track record that will assist the company's turnaround strategy, and his appointment will complement and strengthen the executive team both now and for the future," said Executive Chair Peter Long.
Shares in Countrywide were up 6.0% at 4.03 pence on Tuesday in London.
