Dialight PLC - LED lighting for industrial applications - Hires Wai Kuen Chiang from Coats Group PLC to be chief financial officer, succeeding interim CFO Ronan Sheehy at a date to be announced. At Coats Group, Chiang is financial controller, working at the industrial thread manufacturer for nine years.

Shefa Gems Ltd - gem explorer in northern Israel - Appoints Tali Shalem, the daughter of founder Avi Taub, as chief executive officer. Shelem replaces Vered Toledo, who is retiring after 21 years with Shefa Gems. Toledo had stepped up to CEO from chief operating officer in January after the death of Taub. Shalem had worked at Shefa Gems for 10 years before starting a gem and jewellery marketing company in 2019.

Clipper Logistics PLC - e-fulfilment and returns management - Hires Christine Cross as senior independent non-executive director, effective immediately, replacing Stephen Robertson, who steps down after two three-year terms as non-executive director. Cross is a former Tesco PLC executive, leading the supermarket chain's UK and International closing business. She is currently a non-executive director of Coca Cola European Partners PLC and Hilton Food Group PLC.

Mkango Resources Ltd - mineral exploration and development focused on rare earth elements - Sandra du Toit steps down as non-executive director due to "new work commitments".

Oxford BioDynamics PLC - biotechnology firm focused on discovery and development of epigenetic biomarkers - Independent Non-Executive Director Peter Pack promoted to chair, as Stephen Diggle steps down to non-executive director from interim chair. Pack was co-founder and CEO of MTM Laboratories AG, which is now part of Roche Diagnostics.

Aberdeen Standard Asia Focus PLC - investment trust focused on Asian small-caps - Philip Yea to step down from the board at the December annual general meeting following his appointment as chair of paper and packaging company Mondi PLC. Krishna Shanmuganathan is added to the board as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Shanmuganathan worked in the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, followed by roles at Fidelity International and Cambridge Associates. He founded Scylax Partners in 2016.

Global Invacom Group Ltd - satellite communications equipment and electronics - Basil Chan to step down as independent director at AGM on June 25 "to enable board renewal".
