(Alliance News) - Cohort PLC said Tuesday it hired former Thales Group SA executive Edward Lowe as a non-executive director of the aerospace and defence engineer with effect from Monday.
Lowe previously served as chief operating officer at Thales UK from 2010, having joined the firm in 2000. Thales UK is a subsidiary of French aerospace and defence firm Thales Group
"We are pleased to appoint Ed Lowe to our board," Cohort Chair Nick Prest said. "He brings a strong operational track record at a major global defence technology business with valuable experience in many of our key areas of operation. We look forward to his contribution as we continue to grow Cohort, organically and by acquisition."
Shares in Cohort were 0.4% lower at 448.10 pence in London on Tuesday.
