CEPS PLC - investment company focussed on the industrial sector - Chair David Horner loans GBP100,000 for general working capital for the company due to the current Covid-19 situation. Loan facility, which is unsecured, carries zero interest and has no fixed repayment date. In May, Horner had loaned GBP125,000.
