(Alliance News) - Cloudcall Group PLC on Monday said it has integrated Mercury xRM Ltd's recruitment CRM system with CloudCall's Unified Communications services.
CloudCall's cloud-based software integrates communications tools within customer relationship management platforms.
The AIM-listed software firm said the integration is expected to empower Mercury xRM's users to increase productivity, capture details of every call and SMS, and improve the quality of information in their Mercury xRM system.
"This integration and partnership are further steps forward in our strategy of building on CloudCall's global presence and reputation within the recruitment sector and the Microsoft Dynamics community," said CloudCall Chief Executive Simon Cleaver.
"Integrating the CloudCall solution with Mercury xRM powered by Microsoft's Cloud platform provides recruiters with powerful capability in unified communications whilst remaining simple to use," added Mercury CEO Chris Kendrick.
CloudCall shares were trading 1.5% lower on Monday in London at 102.00 pence each.
