Manarin has "20 years of leadership experience in finance", including with VSA Capital Group PLC, Stifel and Macquarie. She joins on Tuesday and replaces Galin Ganchev, who will leave the board on October 11. Ganchev joined Oberon in May last year. He departs for VSA Capital, a London-based investment banking and broking firm. Ganchev will be its new finance director, starting October 14.

----------

Cirata PLC - Jersey-based data transfer and integration - Ijoma Maluza resigns as chief financial officer "to take up the position of CFO within a private company". Maluza, who joined in April 2023, will depart Cirata at the end of December. Cirata hires Ricardo Moura to be interim CFO, joining on Monday. Moura has "over 15 years of finance leadership experience", Cirata says.
