LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Tuesday said it has appointed Trevor Brown as a non-executive director, replacing Edward Cunningham, who stood down as one of our non-executive directors at the annual general meeting in September 2013.
The AIM-listed investment management group, which provides financing and associated advisory services for small and medium sized enterprises, said Brown has subscribed for 2.3 million new shares at 10.9464 pence each, giving him a beneficial interest in 2.5 million of the company's shares and raising GBP250,000 for the company.
That's 9.79% of Braveheart's issued share capital.
Brown, 67, is currently a non-executive director of Feedback PLC and was until recently a director of Advanced Oncotherapy PLC.
Braveheart shares were Tuesday untraded. They were quoted Monday at 262.40 pence.
