Supreme PLC - maker of fast-moving consumer goods - Expects 30% revenue hike in year ended March 31 to GBP121 million from GBP92.3 million, in line with management expectations. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation tipped to rise 20% to GBP19 million from GBP16.2 million. "I am delighted to provide our first trading update since our AIM admission in February 2021. We continue to build on our strong track record of growth, with our strategy to focus on high growth categories such as vaping and sports nutrition really coming to fruition," Chief Executive Officer Sandy Chadha comments.

Pelatro PLC - London-based marketing software specialist - Says large Asian telecommunications firm, with 230 million subscribers, enters into framework pact with Pelatro. "Under this group purchasing arrangement, the operating companies in the various jurisdictions can be serviced by Pelatro under one agreement and be confident of receiving the same high quality of offering and support across the group, as well as new products and services at pre-agreed pricing," Pelatro says. Adds new pact ensures "even closer working relationship" with firm.

Knights Group Holdings PLC - legal and professional services firm - Agrees to buy Sheffield-based commercial law firm Keebles LLP for up to GBP11.5 million. To pay GBP8.4 million up front, GBP4.9 million in cash and GBP3.5 million worth of shares. Deferred consideration of GBP3.1 to be paid in instalments following completion of deal.

Fusion Antibodies PLC - contract research organisation based in Belfast - Says in year ended March 31, revenue grew 7% to GBP4.2 million from GBP3.9 million. "We're pleased to have achieved revenue growth marginally ahead of market expectations in what has been a challenging year globally due to the pandemic," Chief Executive Officer Richard Jones says.

"The client will utilise 7digital's catalogue and API playlisting tool, enabling instructors or users to access a fully rights-cleared catalogue to download commercially compliant music that can be seamlessly synchronised with video programmes," 7digital says. In addition, pens 36-month deal with Finnish firm Viihdevayla Oy, a provider of background music and playlisting curation for restaurants. Renews deal with "fast-growing B2B music streaming service" and extends pacts with Swiss retailer Ex Libris and media company Global Radio.

CIP Merchant Capital Ltd - AIM-listed closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey - Invests GBP625,553 in car dealer Vetu Motors PLC. Buys 1.5 million shares, taking 0.4% stake. "The CIP board notes the rapid development of enhanced omni-channel functionality in the selling of vehicles to private customers implemented by Vertu, which is at the forefront of the sector. The CIP board believes that this transformation of its business model puts Vertu in a strong position to benefit from the UK economy's recovery phase," CIP Merchant says.

Braveheart Investment Group PLC - UK-based investment firm - Investee Paraytec Ltd, which is developing a Covid-19 test, reports data from trial. Says 39 positive tests and 13 negative tests from nasal swabs used to determine viral loads in each sample. Braveheart notes Paraytec's q-PCR testing regime has a sensitivity and specificity of 97.4% and 100%, respectively. "This outcome is important because it demonstrates the ability of the Paraytec test to identify people with relatively low viral loads - many of whom would be asymptomatic individuals or those with early stage infection. The results demonstrate the potential performance advantage of the Paraytec test over lateral flow tests, which have only shown high levels of sensitivity in clinical samples with relatively high viral loads," Braveheart says.

"The company's efforts are focused on pursuing its legal rights in India and, working with Fasken in preparation for a potential international arbitration under the Australia-India Bilateral Investment Treaty," Panthera says.

Tirupati Graphite PLC - graphite producer with operations in Madagascar and India - Reports graphene and technology development arm Tirupati Graphene & Mintech Research Centre develops graphene-aluminium composite. Tirupati says composite has "significantly higher conductivity" and strength over aluminium and is comparable to copper. "The company has now engaged with potential end users including a FTSE 100 company for its potential use replacing copper in thermal, power and propulsion systems, which provides significant advantages owing to reduced weight," Tirupati says.

Kodal Minerals PLC - miner developing project in southern Mali and Ivory Coast - Says committee meeting held in Bamako, Mali to review Kodal's feasibility study and proposed mining development for Bougouni, which company is eyeing snapping up a licence for. Receives confirmation that feasibility study and mining development plan ratified and approved by watchdog Direction Nationale de la Geologie et des Mines, subject to some minor alterations to adhere to Mali's new mining code established in 2019. "The company then expects to receive a formal notification from the DNGM requesting payment of the mining licence fee prior to the formal production of the 'exploitation decree' for approval by the prime minister," Kodal adds.

"The payment of USD140,662 is related to volumes produced in the month of February, during which net production averaged 110 barrels of oil equivalent per day," Zephyr adds. Also announces acquisition of 11.6 acres in Williston Basin, North Dakota. "The Continental acreage is located approximately ten miles from the company's Whiting wells, in a highly attractive part of the basin. The cost of the acreage acquired by Zephyr was approximately USD170,000 and was paid for from the company's existing cash resources," company adds.

Zegona stands to receive GBP370 million. Zegona notes it received requisition for general meeting from Marwyn.

Also proposes open offer to raise GBP4.1 million. "The net proceeds from the fundraising will be used to carry out material fabrication works as the company has now secured its first major contract through the GBP26 million Saipem contract recently won," Infrastrata says. Also to go towards satisfying bond required for first phase of Saipem work.

IN BRIEF: Blencowe completes "critical" part of bulk sampling study

Blencowe Resources PLC - London-based graphite miner operating the Orom-Cross project in northern Uganda - Says it has successfully completed a "critical component" of the project's definitive feasibility study, with the successful scaled commercialisation of the flowsheet within the bulk sample processing at a pilot plant graphite production facility in China. Blencowe expects the bulk sample test programme to be completed by the end of the month. The 100 tonne pilot plant process is confirming the Orom-Cross ores' commercial processing viability and is currently nearing completion. Blencowe says sampling results continue to show that Orom-Cross can deliver in bulk a high-grade, low impurity concentrate. Says Chinese graphite offtake firms have expressed interest in "substantial quantities" of larger flake and fine concentrates from the project, and that several firms also have approached Blencowe regarding in-country downstream processing opportunities.
