TotalEnergies cuts North Sea investment over UK windfall tax

Nov 30 (Reuters) - Benchmark northwest European gasoline barge refining margins ticked up to above $6 a barrel on Wednesday, still way below the $20 seen earlier this month as exports across the Atlantic have been subdued and U.S. stockpiles rising.
