Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield-based construction company - Acquires site in Manchester through development business HBD from educational institution LTE Group. Secures promising development opportunity giving option to either refurbish or redevelopment at a total end price on a phased payment of GBP10 million. Henry Boot to gain vacant possession of building following relocation of Manchester College in late 2022. Subject to planning, site could have capacity to develop up to 170,000 square feet.
