(Alliance News) - Podcast firm Audioboom Group PLC has upwardly revised its 2021 forecast after continued "strong sales momentum", it said on Friday.
The London-based company said it expects 2021 revenue to be "significantly ahead of current market forecasts", with signed advertising bookings for the year now at more than 95% of the recently upwardly revised forecast. An increased adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation is also likely, the company added.
Audioboom said the improvement was driven by more advertising bookings, continued audience growth and the launch of podcast Dark Air, with more than 90% of the program's advertising inventory being sold before the podcast had premiered.
Shares in Audioboom were up 5.7% to 697.50 pence in London on Friday morning.
