LONDON (Alliance News) - Africa-focused financial services firm Atlas Mara Ltd said Friday Non-Executive Director Richard Boucher and Eduardo Mondlane resigned from the firm with immediate effect.
Atlas Mara thanked Boucher and Modlane - who have served since 2017 and 2015, respectively - "for their leadership and contributions to the Board and wish them all the very best in their future endeavors."
Shares in Atlas Mara closed 3.7% higher at USD1.70 on Friday.

(Sharecast News) - One of Britain's biggest engineering firms is on the cusp of a major break-up after receiving a £2billion takeover approach for its medical division from a US private equity predator. City sources said FTSE 100-listed engineering giant Smiths Group has been holding talks with Boston-based TA Associates.
