LONDON (Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp on Wednesday said it issued 6.2 million shares to Cuart Investments PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd to settle interest accrued under a convertible loan agreement.
Amur, a nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration & resource development company, issued the shares to settle USD217,490 in interest.
Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected on March 5, after which Amur will have 705.3 million shares in issue.
Amur Minerals shares were trading down 4.8% at 3.01 pence each on Wednesday.
