(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, Essex-based maker of ventilation systems and window and door hardware - Hires Alexandra French as chief executive officer, starting May 3. French joins from chemicals firm Johnson Matthey PLC, where she has worked for 20 years in a variety of commercial and technical roles. Back in April of last year, David Ruffell stepped down as Titon CEO after 33 years at the helm. Matthew Norris was hired to replace him and joined the company last May but then resigned and left this past February. Executive Chair Keith Ritchie stepped in as interim CEO. Earlier this month, Titon's founder & deputy chair, John Anderson, left the board but remains as company president.

Atlantic Lithium Ltd - developing lithium mine in Ghana - Neil Herbert moves to executive chair from non-executive, while Non-Executive Director Stuart Crow is promoted to senior non-executive director. Notes the two changes follow the appointments of an interim chief executive and a finance director. "The company is at a critical stage of its transition from explorer to developer and producer," Herbert explains. "These changes complete the strengthening of our executive team and board as we go into the next stage of development of the company and accelerate our fully funded Ghana lithium project to production."

Corero Network Security PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based distributed denial of service cyber defense - Adds Chief Financial Officer Neil Pritchard to the board, effective immediately. Pritchard joined Corero back in 2020 from CML Microsystems PLC.
