(Alliance News) - All Active Asset Capital Ltd on Friday said it has invested GBP156,000 in Asimilar Group PLC.
The investment means All Active has been granted 240,000 warrants for Asimilar shares, exercisable at 5 pence each.
The consideration for the investment will be satisfied by All Active issuing 78.0 million of its shares, issued at a price of 0.2p each.
All Active shares closed 43% higher at 0.25p each in London on Friday. Asimilar is currently suspended from trading.
