(Alliance News) - All Active Asset Capital Ltd on Tuesday said Executive Director James Normand has moved to the role of executive chair.
The change is with immediate effect. He has been an executive director at the firm since September last year.
Executive Chair Robert Berkeley, who has been in the position since 2013 as well as holding the role of finance director, has reverted to the role of non-executive director.
All Active Asset Capital confirmed Simon Grant-Rennick is remaining in his role as a non-executive director.
Shares closed untraded on Tuesday in London, last seen at 0.15 pence each.
