ISTANBUL, Sept 16 (Reuters) - The Turkish lira weakened 0.7percent against the dollar early on Monday as investors weighedup the impact of a surge in oil prices after weekend attacks oncrude facilities at key producer Saudi Arabia sparked supplyfears.
At 0405 GMT, the lira stood at 5.7315, weakeningfrom a close on Friday of 5.6900.
