Brad George, CEO, Orosur Mining

Orosur Mining Inc. (TSX: OMI; AIM: OMI) is a South-American focused gold developer and explorer whose mission is to create shareholder value by identifying exploration opportunities and turning them into successes. The Company operates in Colombia and Uruguay and is currently developing the Anzá gold exploration project in Columbia, close to Medellin in the prolific Mid-Cauca belt. Anza? is currently wholly owned by Orosur. The Anza project is subject to an Exploration Agreement with Venture Option, a 50/50 joint venture between Newmont Corporation (NYSE:NEM, TSX:NGT), and Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (NYSE:AEM, TSX:AEM). Initial funding of approximately $650k was received on October 2, 2020 from Agnico to restart the exploration program and a further $1,130k was received on December 11, 2020.

Rainbow Rare Earth’s strategy is to become a globally significant producer of rare earth metals Neodymium (Nd) and Praseodymium (Pr) (together “NdPr”) and associated rare earth elements. NdPr is a fundamental building block in the global green technology revolution. With analysts predicting demand for these rare earth oxides to grow substantially over the coming years the Company is well positioned to take advantage of this significant opportunity with its diversified portfolio, proven ability and strong experience. Rainbow is currently producing from a trial mine in Burundi and developing a gypsum stack project for recovery in South Africa.

Goldplat (LSE:GDP) is a profitable, African gold recovery services company with two market leading operations in South Africa and Ghana. Goldplat’s strategy is focussed on utilising its robust cash flow generated from flagship gold recovery operations in Africa to self-fund sustainable growth and to expand the niche gold recovery business model. The Company also has a small gold mining and exploration portfolio in Kenya, Burkina Faso and Ghana and is evaluating various opportunities to create value or monetise these assets. Goldplat has an experienced board and management team with a proven track record of creating shareholder value through the development of African resource assets into production.
