Sigma Lithium Resources (NASDAQ:SGML TSXV:SGML) are developing a hard rock lithium mine in Brazil, which has raised $US 111M and is fully funded for Phase 1. At a projected 270,000 tonnes of battery grade lithium concentrate per annum sigma start producing in 2023 and hope to become the world's fifth largest lithium mine.

CUR have been developing a buy and build strategy for two years now and are entering into an exploration and development phase for the business. CUR have entered into a strategic alliance with EF which gives them access to the mill.
