Fillter

I would like to filter a user, but can't find any information on how to do it? Help please

Hi Aerial, If you go to our site and click on "Share Chat" located beside "Share Prices" you should see three tabs near the top of the page called Regular Share Chat, Premium Share Chat and Filters. If you click on the Filters tab you should see a box where you're able to enter a users nickname. Enter the username into the box and press the Filter button. Hi Aerial, Please ensure that you have clicked on Message View, as the Filters tab does not open up when you are logged in on Thread View. I hope this helps. All The Best, Ben

Yes, that was the problem. I now see that one of my posts has been deleted, but I don't know why. Can you help/

Hi Ghengis15, I've had a quick check over your posts and it seems one of your messages was part of a thread that got deleted. Your post was fine though when we delete a topic, all posts within the topic also get deleted. Hope this clears up why your post seemed to disappear.
