You return will then have a foreign section, declare Nigeria sourced dividends and claim relief. It’s not very intuitive, as always with HMRC online interaction, but that’s a basic outline. Hi Pj I have been looking at the average selling price of the oil that seplat has been selling over the last 3 months or so abd the qua iboe/bonny ect have been all trading in excess of $100, also the yoho platform is due to become operational by the end of june (maintence due to a fire) this will add roughly 10K boepd, so really the figures are eye popping and indeed the 2nd quater results as you commented have the potential almost to wipe the debt out.

on a different subject that I hope someone may have some info. is that I rcieved the divi yesterday and as in the past have been aware of the nigerian holding tax whic is 10% before landing in our accounts, how do we go about in claiming the 10% tax back with HMRC ? also is it something people do? your help would be very apprieciated. thanks H.

Personally if this quarter continue at above 80 a barrell and we have continued to do above 150k boepd the FCF and our debt position will be negligible by end of Q2.
