If the Disposal becomes unconditional, it is the intention of the Board to seek Shareholder approval for the voluntary liquidation of the Company with a view to distributing the Company's net assets to Shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable. It is anticipated that the liquidators will be in a position to make an initial distribution of substantially all of the net assets of the Company in February 2025, being approximately two months after the expected date of liquidation/delisting.

ADV11 - I don’t why they can’t just give useful summary for PIs and write these things in simple language. You’re right it does look like early-mid November 24 if it all goes through.

I will realise a small profit but at least not a loss.

Been in since IPO - averaged up, averaged down, but will still be losing on this deal, even with dividends included.

Bought in recently with an intention to add more, therefore I am in the black. Intended as an element of my income inv trusts in my SIPP.

However I am a big investment trust fan and I am therefore very disappointed with the news today.

Ok for those who are in profit. Poor result for others who entered at IPO and above 80p.

Yet another one bites the dust. Disappointed with all these trusts selling out to the big players at a discounted valuation.
