I'm not worried about risk Chromo. IMO this has too much groundwork and momentum already to not happen.

Yes the delays are frustrating and we've all have capital tied up for longer than anticipated, but we should all be sitting on good gains within the next 2-3 months. Then we have the choice whether to stick or cash out based on the deal structure and pipeline, which should then be clearer.

I sincerely hope Olivier wrote that LI post whilst he was waiting at the airport for a flight to Norway or Switzerland to sign this Yara offtake agreement. It's been 'near final' for weeks now and the equity club composition announcement is also pending - likely can't be announced until the agreement is signed and sealed. Hopefully not long now ... I'm convinced this will breach at least 80p when the offtake agreement is confirmed as it's a huge de-risking event.

And they actually have very low costs. Just a handful of employees, all assets/land they need has been purchased and regularory/environmental/planning work completed. They're mostly now meeting investors and negotiating, some legal costs.

They are being paid instalments by Hy24 until FID and they also announced £4m facility from Peter Levine. So no fundraiser for working cash in my opinion. Whether they join the equity club and need to fundraise for that though is another question.
