Very much agree that a buy-back would be helpful. The the lack of one is strange and undermining. Perhaps even a buy-back combined with a tender offer at a small premium for, say, 10% of the outstanding shares. That would demonstrate management's confidence that the share is currently undervalued and it also really reduces the share count fast. This is exactly what Strix plc, another of my holdings, did recently with a large amount of cash sitting on their balance sheet following the sale of an asset,. Much better than greedily splurging it all on vanity acquisitions.

You’d think that this would be the perfect time to recommence the share buyback programme. Perhaps it’s the absence of this that is causing the downward drift. Results not expected until the end of June, so the wait is going to be torturous without any positive updates

Make that 54p. A steady decline of 1p every 2 or 3 days for what seems like ages - share was 68p just a few weeks ago. Half expecting an RNS revealing a major seller....

Make that 56p. No idea why. It seems in UK Small Cap Land they have to keep the pot constantly simmering to avoid loss of interest and sp declines.... quite ridiculous really.

Quite a drop down to 57p…..
