Just sold off my entire portfolio. I've got serious worries about what Trump will do next so I'm sticking with cash for now.

Guitar solo; I've been in FAIR/TORO for 10 years, and returned 10% plus relentlessly.

Yes you take a hit on the spread (5%ish), need to consider currency fluctuations, but I found, holding long term, 2 years covered the spread and still gave me 10%. Hard to trade, so set a price with a long execution date, to minimise spread. Can take weeks to fill at your price, but patience is rewarded with the gift that keeps on giving.

Well, in the RNS there is this bit, which appears to say they just reduce the amount by whatever we have got in dividends

_"If, on or after the date of this Announcement and on or prior to the Effective Date, any dividend, distribution or other return of value is announced, declared, made, or paid or becomes payable (including by way of redemption) in respect of the AA4+ Shares, LAC 10 reserves the right to reduce the Cash Consideration payable under the terms of the Acquisition by an amount up to the amount of any such dividend, other distribution or return of value"_

If the sale goes through in Q3 as suggested

will we receive dividends leading up to that date?

If so, the offer of 73p is worth 75p or 77p depending on timing.

Or have I missed something?
