Blueboy, I am inclined to think middle age is 40 - 70. That doen't mean I am precisely right. You do not know where news is, between eighteen and a century. You don not know if posters are lonely, you do not know what proportion of the week they spend alone and you do not if solitude is a lonely experience for any such poster, not withstanding that it is unlikely to be solitude all the time - we don't have to use self-checkouts, if a someone is attending those checkouts we can say hello - whether it is hello first or hello back.

It's a Wonderful Life is a good film but in my opinion it is not just the validation we have from friendship but the validity we have from our capacity to do good, and relevant to the film - sometimes the choices we make. George was helpful and he was good.

Within previous decades, I was aware the over 70s marathon world record was around 3hrs 1 minute, a couple or so years later: I saw a guy wizened by the sun, perhaps with wisdom from his sixties, and skill from his will - running down a Swiss mountain - fast, I think that was positive solitude.

Re. 2022: interesting, interesting from my perspective because that seems to be the genuine belief as per the post. Regardless of the original use of it on this share chat - there was a first user on the share chat in 2024 and I genuinely don't know who that was. As I missed the imminent comments of a positve poster or two, subsequent to the relevant belief and too retrospective even in 2024 for myself to have a strong opinion on this re. reality.
