Wonder what the open will be, a complete guess. If the market anticipates a good acquisition then some future gain may get priced into the current 4.2m market cap on the open. You got me looking at NFX now!
This little 'gem' is seemingly unable to do anything in the way of developing the business. If this really is the case, then why not return what money is left to the shareholders?
All that has happened is that the company appears to have done nothing other than falling about 25%. Surely to goodness, these guys must be able to find something cheap enough to buy.

There isn't that much to think about.
It is a punt, as to whether or not can the management find a suitable situation that they can turn.
Melrose succeeded but Verdes was unable to and its original management is gone along with the name of the business.
In hindsight what is slightly disheartening is that when they raised the money they didn't follow it up it with an announcement of an acquisition a week or so later .
Now we are all in a situation where we have to sit it out.
Will it be weeks or months?
Will it be before WW3?
