The directors state that f to many shares are realised in the upcoming election then they will ask for a wind down.

The figure is if only £54 million left after realisation then company will wind down as that's to small.

Total assets £96 on 15% discount. Today I have it down as a 2.8% spread.

"The strong realised dividend for Q3 was supported by exceptional cash generation activity driven by a supportive market environment for the Company's 100% floating rate portfolio and a robust list of attractive realisations. This meant actual net revenue profit for the quarter comprised $1.8 million or 2.0 cents per share"

This is the sort of company in the debt direct lending sector which will capture increases in base rates near enough immediately. Interest rates have a bit further to rise but the odds on them dropping back to the unnatural rates of the past would appear highly unlikely.

Part is payed as streamed dividends about 75%
