Timeline recapThu 19:43
I sorted the main points of GR's interview into a timeline, mostly based on his quotes:
1) Lab results are in, PREM preparing the release of a string of results very soon
2) DFS drilling to continue but will slow down until end of July to complete prep work on the pits. However new extension zones north and south of current position will be explored and drilled. We might be drilling in the EPO area for 3 or 4 years
3) Road and improvement works on site will be completed by the end of July in some areas
4) New exploration camp being built and almost completed as current one will become part of a drilling pit
5) Hiring of managers and key positions ongoing
6) The contractors are all at site, the earthworks and Civils work is to commence 30th of July
7) General Manager hired hopefully by end of August
8) Civils work to be completed on site prior to commencement of the delivery of the plant
9) Most of the plant will be on site by the end of December
10) The final components will only come in January
11) For power, initially will use generators, exploring solar options
12) For water, a dam will be built, surveying happening now, probably completed by late Dec or early Jan
13) Launch of operations and production in February
14) First shipping date at the end of March
(Ore sorting will allow PREM to stockpile a variety of different products that can be stored, analysed and potentially sold later down the line)
15) If nothing has been shipped by the end of May, then a notice period could kick in and there could potentially be an exercise against securities if the decision were for the operations to not go ahead.
(Should the relationship with Suzhou not go as planned, there are other interested parties that would want to take over this kind of position)
(Floor pricing has already been agreed and it will ensure PREM is cash generative)
