Zero share trades on Aquis and zero comments. A dead duck.
QH? 1H!
Not sure what these “externalities” are in the Chinese market in their Q4 to end-March 22. Guess it might mean lockdowns in pursuit of zero-covid. And that EBITDA loss of £2.6m in QH isn’t now going to be made back. Longer term story seems very much intact so will hold on, or maybe even buy more as it seems very small cap vs the market opportunity and progress in partnerships (like with FedEx) etc. just a shame about the bumps along the way.

We are very pleased to say that Samarkand Group Plc won #AQSE Company of the Year at last night's Shares Award 2021. Thank you to #TeamSamarkand across the globe who made this possible & to @AquisStockEx
& #AJBell. A great celebration was had by all!
What, why? I thought we were an e-commerce enabler for non-Chinese firms into China. Puzzled.
looking really strong here, nice steady SP growth, hopefully it will continue past 200p
Could this be the reason for the large jump in the buy price:

Quite a long detailed presentation but worth a listen, especially the Q&A session at the end.
180p now paid for 20299 shares......good news inbound!
Wow.......170p paid for 4133 shares. It is either a mistake or there is a severe shortage of shares at the current offer price of 150p.
It looks like the larger buys are showing as sells because they are transacting below the mid price. Should start to see some upward movement soon given the raft of positive news.
Samarkand reports a significant investment of £3.15 m from S.F. Holding, so I did some research on this over the weekend. It turns out that S.F. Holding is the largest integrated logistics service provider and the largest international express service provider in China. It is also the 4th largest Global Logistics Service Providers in the world that covers all major cities and areas. I am glad to see an industry leader like S.F. finds Samarkand a good investment.
A good sign IMHO:

They released the financial results yesterday. Their financial data looks decent as a newly listed company to me. Had two good acquisitions in the UK, and was invested by SF in China, one of the largest express companies there. SF and Samarkand share overlaps in business, so I do think it means something in the company's future development. Anyways, I believe there are value potentials in this stock, illiquidity in trade might cause small volatilities in price from here and there, though.

Look pretty impressive to me.
Worth a listen. Trading update promised sometime this month and with further news on the expansion in Japan, could be a lot more interest here.
