Yippee! Gold has gone up by nearly ten percent in the last month. I wonder how much the shares have gone up?
.
.
Oh......... ZERO!
The manipulation of this stock is appaling.
The hotline doesn't even take our requests into account and they will be thrown in the trash.
https://www.solidcore-resources.com/en/investors-and-media/contacts/
here is the contact information for the head of the investor relations department, Kirill Kuznetsov ir@solidcore-resources.com I suggest that he write something like this (if he ignores it, then spam the independent directors of this company with these questions - there are foreigners there and their emails are on the site):
Kirill, good afternoon.
I am a shareholder of Solidcore Resources plc. (I will send you a statement of the Depot account if necessary) and I have a number of questions for the Company, in particular:
1) What amount did the buyer of JSC Mangazeya Plus pay when purchasing 100% of the shares of JSC Polymetal in 2024?
2) What measures were taken by Solidcore Resources plc. to find a buyer for 100% of the shares of Polymetal JSC?
3) Why was JSC Mangazeya Plus chosen as the buyer of 100% of the shares?
4) Who (full name, position) on behalf of Solidcore Resources plc. made the decision on the sale price of 100% of the shares of Polymetal JSC?
5) How was the selling price of these shares determined?
6) Why was the market value of 100% of these shares not assessed?
7) With whom exactly on the sellerβs side (full name, position) was the sale price of these shares discussed?
8) On 25.12.2023, Solidcore Resources plc. decided to distribute RUB 131 billion in dividends on the profit accumulated by Polymetal JSC as of 30.09.2023. How much of this amount of dividends was received in cash and when, and what amount was offset against counter-obligations and which ones exactly?
9) For what reason was the profit of Polymetal JSC as of 31.12.2023 in the amount of RUB 67,166,181,000 not distributed?
10) In 2024, Solidcore Resources plc. repaid Polymetal JSC more than RUB 66 billion in loans ahead of schedule with maturities of December 31, 2027 and June 30, 2028. I am interested in information on the dates and amounts of early loan repayments? At what interest rates were these loans received? At what interest rates did Solidcore Resources plc. receive loans and credits in the months of early repayment of these loans from Polymetal JSC?
Which officer of Solidcore Resources plc. and in what manner can I contact to obtain this information?
Yippee! Gold has gone up by nearly four percent in the last week. I wonder how much the shares have gone up too?

AIX faq!
If you go to https://www.solidcore-resources.com/en/re-domiciliation-agm/ there's a contact for it and a six faq to download, all you have to do is contact them.
Can someone point me in the right direction of who to contact. I held shares in Polymetal and received share certs from II as they were delisting. Since the name change I have not received any new certs, I would like to confirm if the certs I have are valid or where I can get new ones from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Responsibility for the Russian assets is NO longer held by shareholders of "Solidcore ". The Russian assets were or have been "sold" "hived off" "Storaged" into a newly formed mining JSC for safe keeping it seems. Who actually owns this new JSC who apparently main nature of business is "computer software " only Mr Nesis could explain as he procured the deal. Like I said how a CEO can look shareholders straight un the face with the above in mind Rope and Lampost springs to mind. Unless he intends to reincarnation of the Russian assets once hostility ends.

Buy side is collapsing 24 positions totalling $45,576
At this rate it'll be sub 3 by end of next week lol
Just dumped 5 shares at $3.50
The archaic way of shorting in Kazakhstan
83 sell positions on the order book totalling just over $255k
It's falling timberrrrrrrrr
Watching the order book live switching from buy to sell on a one cent spread. Something or someone is sending very small low volumes value trades through.
The company obviously has no interest in active trading of their stock.

The Chinese build city's in a year. Polycore takes four years to build a small processing plant. And brags about it
Foor, that's a good point, then why not list on a liquid exchange, borrow against the new higher price and build out the POX in a far quicker timeframe to repay the loan?
Companies sending 66% of their product to be processed in Russia expecting it back are lucky to trade at ~2*EV/EBITDA. Russian CEO Russian BOD. The only thing not Russian is the dumb ass shareholders
3.71 * 473m shares = $1,754m Mcap
Minus $400m net cash = $1,354m
Assume this years EBITDA at c. $700m
Weβre trading at 1.935x EV / EBITDA
Miners usually at 5x EV / EBITDA
$400m net cash = $3.9 billion
Which would print an SP of $8.25
Currently trading at $3.71
Auda. "Interesting read, a good buy for us".
In the normal scheme of things I would agree with you, the stock price would advance, but.
If you can't realistically buy the stock.
If you can't realistically sell the stock.
If the company does not pay dividends.
If the price of the stock is manipulated daily to suit the aims of the few, who have far longer investment timescales and (as I think) are focused on eventual takeover.
If the company is indebted to a large shareholder with unknown terms and conditions for that loan.
Why does it make any difference at all?
In what way does it benefit the common shareholders within a "reasonable" timeframe?
Is it all not just "untouchable" assets?

The french now wants a Truce LOL.
But when Russia offered a Truce over Orthodox Christmas they refused and said Russia needed a break.
Now NATO wants a Truce LOL to be fair I understand.
Trump is fighting Zelensky,
Keir Starmer wants a US backstop because the UK is useless without Daddy America holding its hand.
America says no "I am not the Daddy", Zelensky says you are the Daddy, America says I want a DNA test - you started this war.
France pretends to stand by Europe but laughs secretly and says servers both of you right for st*abb!ng me in the back over the AUKUS deal.
It is all a mess so I understand why they will want a month long break.
Zelenskyy broke down and cried after leaving the white house on Friday. π€£

I left some Poly/Solidcore shares in a AJBell SIPP, since moving to AIX they have been static no price updates for a long time (I understand why).
From some point in the last few weeks the price appears to be updating.
Does anyone know how or why this is happening?

On February 15, at the initiative of the American side, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Building on the February 12 telephone conversation between the Presidents of Russia and the United States, the two foreign ministers agreed to maintain an open channel of communication to address longstanding issues in Russian-American relations. Their goal is to remove unilateral barriers inherited from the previous US administration that have hindered mutually beneficial trade, economic and investment cooperation. Both sides expressed a shared commitment to engaging on key international issues, including the situation in Ukraine, developments in Palestine and the broader Middle East, as well as other regional matters.
The conversation also covered ways to swiftly reverse the restrictions on Russian diplomatic missions in the United States, which were introduced by the Obama administration in 2016 and led to reciprocal measures. It was agreed that expert-level meetings will be organised in the near future to coordinate specific steps towards removing these obstacles to the functioning of diplomatic missions in Russia and the United States.
Sergey Lavrov and Marco Rubio reaffirmed their readiness to restore a respectful and constructive interstate dialogue in line with the approach set by the presidents. They agreed to maintain regular contact, including discussions on preparations for a potential high-level Russian-American summit

I see that the gold price is up today to over $2800. That's nearly 38% increase for twelve months, it's an extra $770 per ounce. If the company can't make a fortune at this price it never will. So, why not just mothball the POX project for a few months and find a working stockmarket to list on? That would probably cause a 300% jump in the stock price on it's own, allowing the POX buildout to be fastracked with NO NEED for ANY external or extra borrowing.
Oh well, we can all dream! I wonder how much woods will drive the price down tomorrow.
GLASH.

Potential merger
Around 22 thousand ounces of gold once processed bought from a third party and sent to Polymetal to be oxidationated
De risk so hive 70% of the business but still use part of this 70% not just for in house ore but also bought ore
Speaks volumes about risk
Lot's of lies told this past year.
In 2024 it's only 50 million dollars worth of gold ore bought from AltynEx
Core digs 475k ounces at $2600 SO $1.2 billion So 24 times more than it buys from AltynEx
But still if they've bought it for processing then it's being sent to Russia which means this very odd arrangement is far more relaxed and in house than they are making shareholders believe
Which could mean a number of scenarios which have played out behind closed doors
Everything that has gone on since leaving Jersey is very suspicious

Re finance the companies current debt, so Maaden borrow under Maaden name, pay off current creditors who the plc owe to. All debt is held under Maaden. Plc has what circa $800 million in cash. A debt free company. Majority Shareholder offers a private buyout offer of ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,$ Maaden own company plus cash on balance plus debt. 100% premium on current sp is say 6 bucks would that get 95% of the vote passed
Https://piter-trust.ru/en/
These guys have been busy buying up stock at $2.29, they could be over the 5% threshold but won't trigger a TR1 until these shares are transferred to the AIX then they become a major shareholder or do Maaden offer to buy the stock
Maaden could be holding or buying stock indirectly so not to trigger a TR1 notification. A separate entity could be indirectly holding or buying up stock and so transfer this at a later date
It does seem Maaden via the Chairman are running the show now as they own 30% directly and have applied for a loan the size of 36% of the current market cap
Piter Trust and Maaden interesting year ahead with the possibility of sanctions easing and limited stock availability
The company were not prepared to go the secure loan route. They wanted unsecured finance
Market Caps way to small as half a billion is a third of Market Cap and they already have 400 million of debt
The majority shareholder has now been the security guarantor for the new borrowing be interesting to see how they go about repaying the loan as the majority shareholder owes it not the plc company
Can't be dividends so or unless they're looking to go above the 30% threshold and make a buyout offer to the remaining shareholders
All projects are a LLP limited liability partnership under the Plc brand Solidcore Look at Kyzyl
https://www.ebrd.com/work-with-us/projects/psd/kyzyl-project.html
Maaden application for finance would be a reasonable excuse that Solidcore application for finance would be rejected as they would refuse to put up collateral such as an assett maybe a mine etc.
Solidcore wants to borrow without putting up collateral hence Maaden being the "borrowers"
Solidcore market cap is tiny compared to its capex and expansion plans and until it has a full year's financial independent accounting records behind them then borrowing money to expand is a problem
The fact that the majority shareholder is applying for $500 million dollars in finance without hindering the company or risking collateral speaks volumes in whatever way you see it as
It seems Nesis is building a monster with full support from the Oman Government
Fingers crossed It works.
