I agree with John. Hopefully, we won't have any more lazy placements from the company.

I think longer terms holders are hesitant to post anything positive due to past let downs....

I do however feel somewhat optimistic that N4 are close to rewarding shareholders.

If the SRI work confirms that the siRNA can retain its functionality in its target cell, then we are surely well placed for a company to take a keen interest.

At £2m market cap N4P offers tremendous upside.

Maybe another placing on the way to pay for his wages ?? 🤔

I'd be interested to see what market value Dr Palfreyman would place on the company.

$100m seems a very large valuation however unicorns do seem to exist in this market.

This is huge news, probably the most important piece of news this year. Finally the company has someone in its ranks with the capability and network to deliver it's exit strategy. It felt like previously, it would have to happen by chance, as I have no faith in anyone else in the company delivering this. However, this could now be a game changer. GLA

Exactly, Dr Palfreyman selling his pharma businesses to Roche for US$230 million his other pharma business for US$180 million is very encouraging. We clearly have a serious player in our boardroom to deliver an exit strategy for N4P moving forwards ...

Looks to be a decent and timely appointment.

It's been a long, hard, painful slog for many of us small shareholders. Surely the company realises this. And hopefully, they are working hard to give us some hope of recouping our losses, which were on their behalf. It's been a huge risk for all of us. But we hold onto the belief that the products will eventually become successful.

Had c 30 days of consolidation u can see from sideways move ,from there it has broken up above then another c 10 days ,we can see now we have an upward bias ,we have now few long green candles where buyers have come in ,the break of 0.70 will see my target of near 1.00 also from chart u can see the curve outlining the pattern ,

Fda Approval not due till September so can’t be that. Could be negotiating a partnership or licensing deal. Could be market makers playing silly buggers. Not exactly big trades

All this for £2m mcap..crazy.

Still high risk obviously but the upside can’t be ignored if one of these systems gets a deal.

The mkt caps of many small U.K. biotech companies are such, that opportunistic takeover by US corporations may be the saddish? end to a lot of great research work.

Every day seemingly it pops into my top risers at 7-11% and .5p and big spread of 20% with quite a good number of trades. Anyone got any idea if there is actually something happening or expected? Like most here, massively under water so just wondered otherwise back in bottom drawer.

FDA approval followed by first clinical trial early 2025 is inching forward progress. No doubt it will fall back in the intervening 3 months before approval.

This needs committed support by a commercial partner and dedicated scientists who will try drive the financial and clinical development process forward

Small PIs will pay Nigel’s salary over the next decade until his retirement but much more is needed

I see Nigel edited a reply to a question about authentication in September. Maybe there will be something new. He seems quite keen to get investors to engage to help him explain better how N4p is proceeding and for us to better understand the process of development which has been quite fragmented
