never buying shares again. as a non trader i started playing about with shares about a year after covid. everything i have touched has gone to **** and i've been sensible i thought buying trusted names. royal mail, rolls royce etc all down. only two gambles i thought were bowleven a 1000 quid now worth 23!. and this one bought 20k now worth about 4k! i've even considered that the hole share system is highly corrupt and manipulated. certainly would advise those with a lack of knowledge of trading to be very very careful and think again before playing this game.
What makes you think its delisting.......Have they mentioned anything of the sort. Dry your eyes keep the faith
How could you have lost on RR? I'd give up if I were you, enter the postcode lottery.
Of course they're not delisting. Trolls make up any old 54IT these days to try and shave a few more percent off the price.
Sub 5p now. Might be time for a top up.
Oversold.
sub 5p and you think i'm trolling! i purchased at 17p. this **** is trolling itself.
Dillyd
It's not so much corruption, but the whole UK market is geared up for shorters. You only have to look at where the FTSE index stands against the us for example. Our ethos has gone not only with investing, but within the working world inmv.
We are now a nation of can't do as opposed to can do. This has transpired into the investment world where large investors would rather sell than buy.
No wonder companies such as shell are anticipating leaving London for New York
Sure his out.
My guess is that he's been made inside and there's a placing coming.
'Due to the lack of revenue streams and the increased cash burn rate, the group's and the parent company's ability to continue as a going concern are dependent on raising additional funding in the second half of 2024. We have discussed with the directors the strategies that they are pursuing to secure further funding if and when required.'
Do you think he lives in a gingerbread house?
Jesus everyone so obsessed with a placing ffs!
By my calculations they have between £1.3-£1.4 million left which is MORE than enough to see them through for a good few months yet.
Yes they will need cash at some point but will hopefully come in the form of licensing deal or commercial partnership.
They have pretty low cash burn of approx £160,000 a month sp plenty left in the tank yet.
Agree hiblue. But it's always a good one to roll out if you're trying to sow fear and doubt.
"BSF Enterprise continues to progress and achieve its strategic objectives laid out at the beginning of the year. The Company is sufficiently funded for all near-term activity and has no current plans for a fundraise. Any additional funding may be achieved at a subsidiary level to prevent the dilution of shareholders."
"We hope to make a further update on formal commercial agreements in the coming months."
A few months cash runway puts bsfa in a very poor and weak position regarding any deal they may or may not be working on. The market isn't stupid something bad is coming here.
Look at avacta the price was dropping for weeks/months as management were trying to sort financing in the background whilst assuring investors they are working on deals and have loads of optionality etc
Does that sound familiar?
Because avacta price crashed and THEN a placing was finally had at even a 30% discount to the already crashed price lol
Exact same thing is happening here if you can't see it then I feel bad for you.
My guess will be a fundraise around 2p the way this is headed. Seems unthinkable right?
Wrong.
Companies are being absolutely shafted if they need cash and BSFA is no different so be careful yall. Be careful thats all im saying
Give it up troll. Reality is not something you are familiar with obviously. You and your ilk just keep trolling your fantasy of a placing. The Company has clarified again and again they are NOT doing a fundraising specifically because of your trolling.

Been a few on here, LSE and of course X/twitter trying to spread fear about a discounted placing. This has obviously affected sentiment and therefore the price. The company clearly stated in a recent RNS that they are funded and have no plans to do a fundraise. I've just seen this email, again confirming there are no plans for a placing and there has been no change in that position. Not sure how much clearer the company could be. Of course that won't stop the usual suspects from playing their games. BSFA is very oversold imho.
Dear,
Thank you for your email.
BSF Enterprise continues to progress and achieve its strategic objectives laid out at the beginning of the year. The Company is sufficiently funded for all near-term activity and has no current plans for a fundraise. Any additional funding may be achieved at a subsidiary level to prevent the dilution of shareholders.
There has been no change in that position
Thank you for your continued support.

#BSFA snippet response from comms with BOD -
Our major shareholders continue to support the company and its strategy and are not sellers of its shares however we seem to have been entangled with a handful of retail sellers happy to trade the shares to around 5p.
While we respect the market our position is not accurately reflected by the activities of such a small number of day traders. As we indicated in our recent RNS there are many different ways the company can be funded for its long term future activities.
There will be further announcements which we hope will help you maintain confidence in the future success of the Company.

These sales continue in quite large blocks of shares. That to me is a single or a number of large holders offloading. I think the company may have been misled in thinking that it is down to day traders inmv.
We may never know especially if they are still holding a few and have not crossed any threshold.Hopefully some good news is on its way soon.
Also over 1m bought on Friday in chunks, so swings and roundabouts.
