So many promising statements mcadder. But this has not helped the share price move in an upward direction.
I wonder why, probably because we have had all this before in Zephyrs former name Rose, if I were you. I would go back and read all Roses RNS's, which gives a very promising picture of the investments this company made, but unfortunately all we have seen is the share price fall off the cliff over many many years, which has left all long term investors in Rose / Zephyr with virtually no value in their share holdings!
This is why I'm invested here. Timing is everything but despite volatility in the oil markets thanks to Covid-19, we could be on the cusp of a decent re-rate in the mcap of the company thanks to the new bod and in particular Colin.....
"As we recently announced, I am delighted by the current progress on the Paradox project and excited at the prospect of spudding a research focused well before the end of this calendar year. We are working with our partners on the project to ensure that this initial well can be planned to maximise value to all stakeholders, and I believe this activity will act as a catalyst for the long-awaited unlocking of value from the project." .....
"The Board believes that strong financial returns can be generated from the highly fragmented smaller end of the U.S.A. oil exploration and production sector, and we have restructured the Group so that it can be a stable public growth vehicle targeting this part of the market." .....
"The spudding of this test well will provide multiple benefits to the Group. Not only will the Group be able to utilise valuable data acquired from the test well, but the Board believes that data gained from the well would be highly beneficial to the Group's continuing farm-in and institutional funding discussions regarding its Paradox acreage." .....
Income Statement
"The Group reports a net profit after tax from continuing operations of US$0.9 million or a profit of 0.32 US cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2020 (30 June 2019: net loss after tax from continuing operations of US$0.8 million or a loss of 0.56 US cents per share)." .....
"following the completion of its restructuring,
Zephyr is a clean, low-overhead, unlevered and value-focused vehicle from which to build and with a strategy and value set designed to deliver responsible growth for all stakeholders.
Over the next period we expect to see further exciting developments on our existing project in the Paradox Basin as well as the expansion of the Group's asset portfolio through acquisitions or partnerships."
SuperR, you have been posting about a JV parter for years now.
This really is a very very high risk share to be in.
According to LSE, non of the new directors have bought into Zephyr.
We seem to have a new ramping crew on this board, spouting 10p, 1.5p etc etc.
Share price down again today now 0.65p, the way its going, we could have another consolidation in 2021, if Zephyr are still in business.
Good. A few more of those and we are away.
I think someone else agrees with you there SuperR as there was a decent 25K buy at 0.70 in last 20 mins
Not loss making for long. We have a portfolio of world class assets about to be unleashed. My fortune teller says to buy again. It is written in the stars. JV coming soon to Paradox
SuperR, I thought you new better!
Nothing has changed, this is still a loss making company!
If the the land they have in the Paradox, has so much oil, why is the share price so low, there has to be a reason?
No long mcadder, Zephyr will be spudding in December 2020, then you will become very wealthy, well that is what the rampers have been saying.
If history repeats itself, there will probably delays into 2021, then more problems, then another delay, hope this share comes good for you! With the falling share price, good time to top up and lower your average.
Using a geology-based assessment methodology, the U.S. Geological Survey estimated means of 560 million barrels of undiscovered oil, 12,701 billion cubic feet of undiscovered natural gas, and 490 million barrels of undiscovered natural gas liquids in the Paradox Basin of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Say no more....
Couldn't agree more. Looking to buy more tomorrow just hope an RNS doesn't land before that lol. Lots of news to come imminently as per the podcasts last week.
Fill your boots and you South. Great rewards are long overdue here so buy buy buy before this beauty spuds.
Please DYOR. Hopefully past performance is not an indication of future returns.
