When the name change to Zoetic was filed at Companies House an RNS followed and the company changed ticker the following trading day.
At Companies house today the name change to Chill Brands Group was filed......
Bellers - Sounds like one of the few times the taxman has actually done someone a favour :-)
I didn’t have it but the lovely HMRC sent me a rebate because when I got my pension lump sum the company kindly taxed me on the tax free 25% at 40%. How nice of them. :-)))).
here before ;-)
Nice one Bellers - wish I had that kind of cash to hand, but every little helps as they say. That optimistic feeling is an infectious thing too.
Same here. Another 8000. I’m expecting some good news herebefore the end of August. Got an optimistic feeling.
Indeed, thank you Rajbury
bottom drawer
1357 for the bottom draw.
... knows might have a little dabble...but not whilst SP in freefall. Also I'm getting older....& getting more disillusioned..
& just can't be bothered with too much hassle. Like you, I lost my Mum a few weeks ago. Even though she was elderly, still leaves a big void. Made me reevaluate things in Life. I too wish you well. ...of one thing I'm sure, is that you are one of the 100%grnuinr posters.... Take care.
This will rise to 38p + by end of play. Just being manipulated...
Thanks Craigy....I was LTH in (bad) old HNR days, so always followed progress of this share. Who know
Agree with you Craigy. I'm an investor not a trader so as long as I'm (we're) right about this company then I'm happy not selling to rebuy back in at a lower price. Still confident that in the near future (ie 2 years) we will be looking at an sp in the £'s. Then the fact I didn't sell at 70p and rebuy back won't matter to me. I realise that if I had then I would have more shares (or about half my money back and same amount of shares) but that's not how I invest. Happy to sit and wait.
So far today a massive 0.01% of the shares have changed hands leading to a 4.55% drop in SP. Not really a huge sell off creating these drops is it??? Discuss!
Maybe heavy going regarding the dwindling share price but with so much being put in place for future growth shown in your ( pitch ) I’m going to hold my position and look forward to the changing winds shortly.
Wish I had more funds to purchase more but happy with my present holding .
Well I'm in! (to be read in a Scottish Duncan Ballantyne accent)!
Great post RKB,
For anybody who does not know RKB researches companies to the finest detail and actually converses with the companies too.I have met him on several occasions and he has been helpful and informative.
If people have a little patience here then it will in my view pay dividends, just do some research and look at the expansion plans.
Simple_Simon comments like your are laughable, people having a different take of course are welcome but please lets have some substance.
I viewed the board and am pleased that a certain juveniles posts were removed, threatening violence shows peoples true colours.
Who said Education! Education! Education!!
Great input as usual RKB
Arps, have you tried reading the RNS and researching? Still in the initial rollout phase to 10,000 then 35,000 stores (being hampered like the rest of industry by lack of drivers, warehouse people, etc) but moving forward. I would imagine filling display cabinets in those stores might create a few orders. And it was over $2m in orders in the first quarter of this financial year too. Also profit making already! Hope that helps?
hi all..
Just looking at this one as a possible purchase, I am just a little concerned that as at the last results the business had just 1.5m in equity while the book value is 80m... the 1.3m sales with approx a 30% gross margin.. seem a bit on the low side for such a high valuation... anyone any ideas? are ZOE expecting a big rush of orders and demand?
Dragons Den
We are here today because of the Tolls. Our Dragons’ Den Pitch is not your normal pitch.
We are not looking for £35 million (which we have been offered and accepted but returned the money along with £1.2 million and told them to bugger off)
We are looking for only £6 million and the percentage we will accept is entirely up to you. That is because we are now profitable and do not require £35 million.
We are a CBD Company with an alternative to cigarettes. We call these Chill smokes & chewables. We also have our Zoetics range of products, such as cosmetics, creams, oils and gummies and many more.
Our CHILL Smokes have no tobacco or nicotine and are an alternative to standard cigarettes.
We are currently selling our CHILL Smokes in America and the UK. We have an ambitious plan to roll-out to over 88,000 stores in America and we are in what we call our “Prepare to Lift Off Phase”
We are currently selling our CHILL Smoke alternatives in over 2,500 stores in America.
We have recently acquired the domain name CHILL.COM.
Question: Why did you return the £35 million? Well on reflection our Finance guy messed up. We had to commit to taking £15 million in the first year and the deal seemed to us (in hindsight) a death spiral convertible loan note. As we were not the financial experts, we trusted our Chief Financial Officer to get us a good deal and he messed-up big time, so we booted him out.
Question: You say you are in 2,500 stores; how long did that take you to roll-out? About 4 months we originally were aiming for 3,500 but we decided to get some feedback from the 500+ stores we are in Florida so that we can scale up big-time.
Question: So, did you roll-out to 625 stores each month? Yes. In the UK if we were to roll-out like we have done in America then we could cover all 603 Asda stores in just under 1 month, Morrison’s 542 Stores a little under 1 month, Sainsbury’s 1,415 stores just over 2 months, Tesco’s 3,443 stores would take a little longer about 5.5 months and then there is the Co-op’s 4,022 Stores it would take about 6.5 months. That is assuming we do not ramp-up the roll-out. But with the stores already mentioned about 16 months to roll-out to 10,025 stores.
Question: Do you have an online platform? Yes. That is going well. We have the world-wide web domain CHILL.COM to facilitate our growing sales there.
Question: How much do you guys own? We each have 6.95 million, recently bought 500K @ 39p
Question: Why did you pay a consultant recently in Warrants? To conserve cash and the 1.2 million warrants were at 60p (hint domain name)
We did say at the beginning of our pitch it was not a normal pitch and do you know what? We are going to let you get as large a percentage as you want for whatever you are prepared to invest, just buy in The Market.

You bet !!!
Thanks for your input.
Don't worry chaps.....will be a £1 a share by end of the year...my ar-se!...
so glad I got out months ago close to 70p a share from memory. Afraid all the sycophants on here, savagely slapping down any dissenting voices, have got what they deserve......
......other genuine LTHs (llke you Craigy) I feel sorry for. Afraid too much backslapping "after you..no, after you" comments on here in recent times have got SP nowhere....
....Tin hat on now... waiting for vitriol to no doubt follow....
Wow, this is not getting any better. Don't have to be deramper, the share price speaks for itself.
Nice report. Chill.com domain is a seriously good move. How easy is that to pass on and remember??
Still the SP looks to be being controlled by spread betters. Lets get the roll out moving and the share price moving. I'll be topping up more if they keep dropping it.
Indeed they did, and there are warrants at £1.20, only 3x from here. Always need patience with new products. My experience in quite a few is pain comes before pleasure. They always hype up to high, drop back and kill off most weak holders and then perform when it starts to take off visibly. Soon coming..
